How long will it take to complete?
This will depend on the complexity of your situation. However, most plans will be delivered within four to eight weeks. Much of the duration depends on your ability to quickly respond to our requests for information.
How involved will I need to be?

There will be a few times during the process that we’ll need your input. Most importantly, during the discovery phase where we learn about your situation and business goals. For a standard project, you can expect two or three phone meetings plus some email interaction.

What's the required investment to start?

Pricing is a flat fee based on the anticipated complexity of your plan. For a general small business without special requirements, the initial investment will be between  $3-5K. This is below the cost of a single month’s salary for a single marketing employee – but you’re getting a team of experienced specialists.

Discounts are provided to accounts that pay in full when the project begins, and installment plans are also available.

What do I do once I have the plan?
The plan will outline what actions you should take in order to create all the systems designed in the plan. If you have a marketing department, you may simply have them implement it. If not, we have options to help you. We can train your staff, help you hire internally, or act as your virtual marketing department and handle the implementation for you. Pricing for appropriate options will be included in a proposal supplied with your plan.
When can you start creating my plan?
We can have your discovery call within a week of accepting payment. From there, your team of specialists will be selected and we’ll get you put into the strategy schedule. Where you are placed in the schedule will depend on the current workload. Quality is our primary concern and we do not want to risk quality by overworking our team or rushing projects.
Can you quote a price for implementing the strategy first?

We can’t accurately estimate a project when we don’t know yet what it will entail! The purpose of creating your digital strategy first is to make sure efforts are spent on the right things. Let’s start with your plan and go from there.

There are, however, several implementation options which range from training your internal staff to having us act as your virtual marketing department. We may also be able to offer reasonable installment plans.

How technical is the information in the plan?

The main action items outlined in the plan are not technical. They are a high-level view meant for consumption by management. The plan is designed to be passed on to individuals who are experienced in each of the technical and creative areas covered.

With this said, the plan does include several attachments and resources of a technical nature. These are provided to aid in the future technical implementation, and are not required in order to fully understand the high-level plan.
